All the Hands in the World
This was inspired by Soldiers, War Veterans who realize that poor people killing other poor people is madness. And the madness drives them insane or to suicide. This song was triggered by attending Alaska and Angela’s Writing workshops at the Riverside Art Museum.

Flock of Angels
Inspired by the March on Washington, D.C. on August 28, 1963. Led by Martin Luther King, Jr. who delivered his historic "I Have a Dream" speech. For those people who took there hearts and minds to Washington instead of arms to make a change!

From that Lonely Room at the Top
Music by Steve Urteaga, Words & Vocals by Alonso Benjamin Chan. Inspired by the implosion of my Riverside circle of friends (Aug 2008). It took everyone of us to cause the collapse. With no trust or belief; I too had to walk away.

Fallen Angel
Inspired by my broken heart. The idea of something so innocent and beautiful can be broken. That the love I had, I just couldn't hold on to. And like an Angel defeated, I fell from grace.
